Would it be possible to make the second header only work on one certain page of my forum?

I do not want it for guests ... I just want a different header for 1 page.

Yes that's possible, with a replacement of the
Code:
if ( $userdata['session_logged_in'] )
bit of code.

Try to use a new DEFINE ( on top of all phpbb root pages ) and do a if(defined()) etc...
