donations? lol thats the weirdest thing I ever heard.. so basicly people will end up paying you too much or not at all.. wouldn't it be easier if you just told them the amount you think you diserve? because right now your spreading this message "IF I can pull it off you can give what you want, in case I "can" pull it off..."

I am not in this to get rich but I do Ok.

I wouldn't take a job unless I was pretty confident in my ability to do the work.
Also, the message I am spreading is more like:

"If I can not solve your problem, then you owe me nothing. If I do solve your problem, you can pay whatever you think it was worth to you."
